  • «Fit For Market» is also aimed at clients wanting to re-enter the job market quickly and in addition, emphasis is placed on exploring the «hidden job market»
  • «3-Month Starter» further focuses on completing a personal career assessment

Our «New-/Outplacement Standard» (3 – 4 Months) and «Full» (5 – 8 Months) packages offer comprehensive, individual support and guidance in career reorientation and employment search. These services are available for the duration of the chosen package.

  • If there is any planned absence, the consulting period is extended
  • A manual – also available electronically - and worksheets to download
  • Access to databases, address lists, links and other professional resources
  • An assessment and psychodiagnostic report with our psychologist
  • Two small group training sessions in networking and interview skills
  • Opportunity to attend up to fourteen half or full-day workshops of choice
  • Participation in moderated client interaction groups with the option to continue once the consultation process has concluded

Our «New-/Outplacement Premium» package offers comprehensive, individual support and guidance in career reorientation and job search for a selected period of 9 months, 12 months or for an unrestricted duration.

  • Call on other consultants for specific expertise
  • If there is a planned absence, the consulting period is extended
  • A manual – also available electronically - and worksheets to download
  • Access to databases, address lists, links and other professional resources
  • An assessment and psychodiagnostic report with our psychologist
  • Two small group training sessions in networking and interview skills
  • Opportunity to attend our half or full-day workshops at your discretion
  • Participation in moderated client interaction groups with the option to continue once the consultation process has concluded
  • Support during «onboarding» and the probationary period at the new employer
