Advising management teams and/or the HR departments during planning and preparation for major job cuts. If required, we can also take care of the entire project planning and -management.
Preparation of managers for termination conversations
Participation in employee information events and, as required, first support and crisis intervention on site.

Conducting group workshops for employees affected by termination. Workshops may cover topics such as: "self-marketing", "developing and implementing a search strategy," "preparing for interview- and networking discussions". Support materials, templates, and access to best practice examples of professional reorientation are provided.
