After completing an apprenticeship, Stefan Poth received an engineering diploma FH (esig+/comem+) at the University of Applied Sciences in Lausanne. His many years experience spans across consulting, editorial, publishing and as Managing Director of a media company. He has gained extensive experience through the start up of a number of reputable digital business projects. Over the last 20 years, Stefan Poth has been an active entrepreneur, founder and Managing Director of an Executive Search Consulting company specialising in marketing and communication. He also leads and lectures a course in Personal Branding at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration, and is a part-time mentor (50plus) at the RAV in Zug and Aargau. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, he is active in executive search, and also certified as integral coach and nature coach in the area of deceleration and resilience.
Madeleine holds a degree in Educational Psychology (M.Sc.) and Communication from the University of Fribourg. After completing her studies, she joined a renowned international management consultancy, and over several years expanded her area of responsibility developing the Management Academy where she held various managerial positions. In 2013 she moved into the banking sector, and for the next seven years she was responsible for management development at the Raiffeisen Group. She has also completed various training courses in management and coaching. Madeleine completed a DAS in Bank Management at the Institute of Financial Services Zug in 2017. In addition to her work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG she has her own company focussing primarily on the areas of assessment and leadership development as well as training.
Matthias studied Computer Science at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg and McGill University, Canada. He received his doctorate in Engineering from the University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He worked at IBM for 27 years, as a scientist as well as a key account manager. For over ten years he lead IBM's European Research Laboratory in Zurich. Additionally, as Technical Executive, he was responsible for career planning and the development of IBM's technical resources in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since 2015 he is Managing Director of the Hasler Foundation in Bern and works as Senior Consultant for Dr. Nadig + Partner AG.
Studied psychology (TU Darmstadt) in Germany and started her career in the Human Resources department of Lufthansa AG in Frankfurt. Later on she completed an Executive MBA at the University of St. Gallen and held several national and international HR Leadership and Management functions in
the fields of business consulting, tourism, financial services and ICT. She also led client projects in health care, engineering, and logistics companies. As Head HR of Kuoni Switzerland and later as Chief HR Officer of the European Division of Kuoni, she led the People Dimension of a variety of major business transformations and initiatives. Apart from working for Dr. Nadig + Partner, she advises companies in the areas of Organizational Design/Change and Talent Management.
