After her banking apprenticeship, Caroline worked as an investment advisor for several years. She then studied Business Computer Science (University of Konstanz) and Computer Science (Coventry University, UK). Caroline began her IT career at UBS in Zurich. In the following years, working at Ergon Informatik AG, she continued to handle projects in Banking and later in the ICT industry. Since 2005, she developed further in coaching, training, change management (MAS executive coaching, CAS coaching advanced) and set up the new Human Resource Development Unit. In 2009 she headed up the Training Department at the Academy of Avaloq Evolution AG.

He started his career as a business graduate, studied industrial & organisational psychology at the Institute of Applied Psychology in Zürich and got he's EMBA in Logistic management at the University of St.Gallen. From 1981 to 1997 he held several responsible positions in trade unions. He then led the HR department of Swiss Federal Railways SBB and was as CEO responsible for the international fright Division SBB Cargo from 2001 to 2007. After a short period as a business consultant he worked as the Regional Director EMEA, responsible for HR & Post Merger Integration for an Australian logistic group. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, Daniel is an independent consultant advising companies on strategic and change and a Management Coach.

Adrian completed his Master of Law (University of Zurich) and holds a Masters in Human Resources Management (University of Applied Sciences and Arts Nordwestschweiz). His professional career spans more than twenty years as Head of HR and includes senior management positions in national and international companies (EKZ, Burkhalter Group, von Roll/Innova and AE&E). Adrian holds an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich. In addition to his work at Dr. Nadig + Partner AG, Adrian is an independent consultant in various national and international companies on issues of strategic HR management as project manager as well as ad interim HR manager.

With degrees as Master in Asian Studies and Law, and an MBA, Laura has gained experience in International Relations, Business Development and Marketing in Asia, before moving into Human Resources. Subsequently, she worked a few years in Executive Search for the TIMES Industry. The following years 2003-2016 were dedicated to Pharma and Biotech: As Vice President and Global Head of HR she served Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, and Roche, where she was also member of the global HR Leadership Team and one of the key architects of the integration with Genentech. In 2016, Laura established her own consulting business with focus on HR strategy, M&A, and change management. In addition, she advises start-ups and runs her own pro bono projects in the areas of humanitarian aid and human rights.
