Our «Group Outplacement Standard» offers broad support for employees affected by downsizing supporting them in their professional reorientation and job search.

We advise management teams and/or the HR departments during planning and preparation for major job cuts. As required, we may take over the overall project management.

Services comprise

  • 3 to 4 group workshops (½- or full-day) covering the following content
    • My situation (what can i offer the market, what do I want, which position suits me?)
    • Self-marketing (including CV, cover letter, application dossier, social media profile, references).
    • My search strategy (including search channels, open and hidden job market, recruiters and headhunters, target companies, networking approach)
    • Job interviews and networking discussions (preparation and simulation of upcoming interviews and networking discussions)
  • Handbook with worksheets, examples, and templates
  • Individual consultations following the workshops to address any personal and/or confidential issues.

Outcomes

  • A comprehensive separation communication is established

Group Outplacement Full

Our «Group Outplacement Full» offers comprehensive and individual support for employees affected by downsizing, helping them in their professional reorientation and job search. The basic principles are worked on together in group workshops. In addition, the individuals are offered a 1:1 counseling, which is targeted and tailored to the needs of the individual employee.

We advise management teams and/or the HR departments on suitable measures and communication, prepare managers for termination interviews and take over project planning and -management from the beginning to the end of the project, including regular feedback on the outcome/success of the professional reorientations.

Services comprise

  • Preparation of managers for termination conversations
  • Participation in staff information events and, as required, first support and crisis intervention on site
  • 4 full day group workshops covering the following content
    • My situation (what can i offer the market, what do I want, which position suits me?)
    • Self-marketing (including CV, cover letter, application dossier, social media profile, references).
    • My search strategy (including search channels, open and hidden job market, recruiters and headhunters, target companies, networking approach)

  • 5-10 individual consultations for individual support during the process of professional reorientation
